PRESIDENT: STEVE BARRY


Mr. Barry brings 30 years of executive leadership across real‑estate, engineering, and technology sectors. He has founded, chaired, and grown a portfolio of companies, secured multimillion‑dollar financing, and guided several firms through successful acquisitions.

Experience:
  • Founder of Recapture Technologies Corporation - a consulting service firm engaged in telecommunications reimbursement, cost containment and E-rate process management systems for its select client base.
  • Managing Director of Diamond Lil Properties, LLC, Technology Funding Partners, LLC and Celtic Tiger Partnership which are entities dedicated to private equity investments and capital formation.
  • Initial incorporator of Allaire State Bank, Monmouth County, New Jersey; acquired by the Bank of New York, with brick & mortar facilities currently operated by Chase Bank.
  • Advisory Board member of Central Jersey Bank, Monmouth County, New Jersey.
  • Initial incorporator of Allaire State Bank, Monmouth County, New Jersey; acquired by Kearny Bank.
  • Mr. Barry served as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Strategic Alliances, Executive Vice President and Director of Go Co-op, Inc., a Florida-based e-commerce company dedicated to web-based procurement and supply chain management, principally in the hospitality industry. The company raised more than $65 million from venture capitalists and a number of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Mr. Barry served as Chairman of the Board of National Computer Resources, Inc., and as President of Telcom Network, Inc., until acquisition of both companies by public entities.

He is a former General Purpose Computer Division business unit Director for NCR Corporation, responsible for sixteen states in the southeastern and southwestern United States, plus the District of Columbia. During his 32-year NCR career, he attained the following honors:
  • three-time leading salesman, New York Metropolitan Region
  • two-time national sales leader
  • youngest Level V Branch Sales Manager in NCR history
  • four-time leading Accounting Machine Manager, New England Region
  • outstanding aggregate Regional Director, CIMEG Division, 1978 to 1990 (sales, revenue and profit)

As a trustee of the Josephine Ebbe Kenah Charitable Trust he assisted in grants, among others, to the New York University Soup Kitchen, Habitat for Humanity, Orfanatorio de la Paz, the Christopher Zorich Foundation and Hope House, popularized in the motion picture Dead Man Walking.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and a member of its Irish Angels Network, Steve resides with his wife, Susan in Maitland, Florida and Spring Lake, New Jersey.

He has authored two books: a business book: SELLING MORE THROUGH CREATIVE FINANCING & a semi-autobiographical anthology: SMELLING ROSES THROUGH BROKEN NOSES.

E-RATE SME: MARK SELTZER

Mark Seltzer functions as Telecommunications and E-rate Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RTC's team. He has worked in the Telecommunication's Department for several large companies including QVC Network and has extensive experience with carrier negotiation, tariff interpretation and research, carrier billing platforms and carrier resolution. He brings a wealth of experience in local and long distance telephony, wire & wireless, internet and data services. Mr. Seltzer was formerly employed by Verizon Communications and acted as a Communications Consultant, Service Consultant and Service Manager before leaving the company to become a consultant. During his employment with Verizon, he was the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all of Verizon's High Speed Internet products, Frame Relay, ATM and ISDN. He was also responsible for the implementation and project management of many of Verizon's largest customers.



BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: SEAN P. BARRY

Sean Barry has 35 years of business development, sales and marketing experience in multiple industries (computer manufacturing, telecommunications, staffing, finance and office furniture).
  • Raised $10 million of private equity venture capital and built a 35,000 square foot recreational facility featuring a gym and an indoor Olympic sized pool at the Jersey Shore.
  • Vice President of Business Development Technical Aid Corporation 1997-2003. Gained entrance to the vendor lists for such companies as Federal Express, IBM, AT&T Bank of America and Harris Corporation. Top ranked salesperson in Florida and top 20 in the nation for a privately held billion-dollar company. Successfully opened an office in Charlotte to win the Bank of America account.
  • Business Development Manager National Computer Resources 1991-1997. Recruited, trained and managed a salesforce of ten that resold AT&T long distance and custom-built PC clones to city, state and county governments throughout the southeast. Grew the company from a start up until its acquisition acquiring 36,363 shares of Class B preferred stock.

DR. EDWARD AMORUSO - UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL FLORIDA

Edward Amoruso combines over 20 years of industry experience with a distinguished academic record in cybersecurity. After spending the majority of his career helping Fortune 500 enterprises modernize their IT infrastructures and strengthen their cyber‑defense postures, he now brings that real‑world expertise to the classroom at the University of Central Florida. In parallel, he conducts cutting‑edge research at UCF, advancing solutions that bridge theory and practice in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering (cybersecurity) from the University of Central Florida, where he also built a solid foundation in research methodology. His work is driven by a practical‑oriented approach to solving real‑world problems, and his research interests converge on three core areas:

  • Cyber‑Artificial Intelligence – applying machine‑learning and AI techniques to enhance threat detection and response.
  • Advanced Malware Analysis – conducting deep, behavior‑based examinations of malicious code, including the development of novel detection strategies for emerging threat techniques.
  • Comprehensive Digital Forensics – performing end‑to‑end investigations that span operating‑system file forensics, memory analysis, and evidence preservation.

Through these efforts, he aims to improve our ability to combat malware and anticipate new attack vectors, thereby strengthening defensive capabilities across the cyber‑security landscape.

Edward Amoruso combines deep industry expertise with a robust academic record, positioning him as a bridge between research and practice in cybersecurity. His teaching, research, and service activities reflect a dedication to advancing the discipline and preparing the next generation of cyber defenders.



JAMES H. MURPHY; EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR EMERITUS - NJASA

Mr. Murphy serves as Senior Education market Consultant to Recapture Technologies for the United States. He is Executive Director Emeritus of the New Jersey Association of School Administrators since 2005 and was its Executive Director since 1993. Mr Murphy is Regent Emeritus at St. Peter’s College. He is the former Superintendent of Schools for Bayonne, New Jersey. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University – B.A.(American History); – M.A.(Educational Administration and Supervision) and has also earned a professional diploma from Bank Street College. Committed to community service, Mr. Murphy has served with distinction on the following professional boards:

MATT DOHERTY


Matt Doherty, a lifelong New Jersey resident living in Belmar, has dedicated much of his career to public service and community leadership. He served as Mayor of Belmar from 2011 to 2018, where he focused on redevelopment, infrastructure, and recovery efforts following Superstorm Sandy, before being appointed by Governor Phil Murphy as Executive Director of the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority in Atlantic City.

A Georgetown University graduate and former scholarship track and field athlete, Doherty is also the editor and publisher of TAPinto Belmar/Lake Como and TAPinto Asbury Park, keeping residents informed on local government, business, and community news.

In addition, he serves as president of the nonprofit Circle of Friends, which provides social events and opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities.

He is the father of three children and continues to play an active role in civic and community life at the Jersey Shore.



BOB GERARD

Robert M Gerard is an accomplished Entrepreneur and Senior Executive with demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and create effective solutions applicable to diverse industries including Health Care, Higher Education and K-12. He has forty years of extensive management, leadership and P&L responsibility with excellent results. A skilled communicator, with emphasis on building strong client relationships and negotiating beneficial agreements, Bob has strong business development and marketing expertise coupled with knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulatory issues, engineering, and energy management services for professional services firms and the construction industry.

He started his career founding a Health, Safety and Environmental Consulting firm that serviced hundreds of businesses throughout New Jersey, including 40 hospitals, 25 educational districts and over 200 dealerships and body shops in the light automotive industry.

That firm was purchased by a full-service engineering and consulting firm where he served as a Principal and Senior Executive for over thirty years. In his primary role, Bob oversaw Marketing and Business Development and was instrumental in developing the firm’s Energy Services practice in the early 2000’s.

In 2011, he created and served as Managing Director of a start-up Energy Management firm that developed renewable energy projects while providing construction management services for a variety of energy related projects. He was responsible for developing the firm’s portfolio of services and identifying and securing business for the entity.

Since 2016, Bob has supported the client management and business development efforts of multiple firms in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) and Energy Industries.

RICH DILTS - FOUNDING PARTNER/CEO; GENESIS COMPUTER SERVICES

Rich is a founding partner and CEO of Genesis Educational Services. Genesis was founded in 2001 by Rich and veteran NCR New York City District Manager Rick Smith to develop, market, install and support the first Internet-based student information system (SIS).

He previously founded National Computer Resources (NATCOM) along with Rick Smith and former NCR Florida Regional Director Steve Barry. NATCOM was sold to Global Intellicom (Nasdaq GBTC) in 1995.

Rich founded Century Consultants Ltd, (CCL) in 1975 developing, modifying and installing a student and administrative management system (SAMS); as well as the first commercially available computerized student academics records system.

Rich served as Regional educational software services manager for NCR’s New York metropolitan region. Prior to that, he served as educational systems support manager for NCR in southern New Jersey.

Rich was the inaugural Data Processing Manager at Hunterdon Central Regional high school in 1972. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and resides in Jamesburg, New Jersey.

Co-founder of CRKInteractive, Len D'Innocenzo has also founded and sold two successful businesses - Information Technology, Inc. (a computer and micrographic distributor) and Micro-Rep, Inc. (a manufacturer's representative firm).
